Following an outing with his ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez, which sparked reconciliation rumors between her and Bieber, the singer and model Hailey Baldwin posed for numerous photos on the island, most of which featured the rumored new pair quite close. However, while Hailey Baldwin’s relationship seemed all but confirmed by her Instagram account, her father spoke out after she returned to Los Angeles and said the two were not dating.
When TMZ asked Stephen Baldwin if he approved of his daughter dating Bieber, he responded saying, “Absolutely, absolutely.”
But that wasn’t all. He then told the photographer that there was “no label on it” and said they were “just friends.”
“Bieber is a wonderful young man, hugely talented… got a whole lot more success ahead of him,” Stephen continued.
Then, when TMZ asked Stephen how he would respond to Bieber asking for Hailey Baldwin’s hand in marriage, he confirmed, “We are far away from that!”
By most accounts, Stephen seemed to confirm that there was nothing romantic between Hailey Baldwin and Bieber. But just a short time after his interview, Hailey Baldwin appeared to hint that her dad only denied the relationship because she wanted to keep her private life to herself.

Despite Hailey Baldwin’s desire to keep things to herself, she didn’t hesitate to share a number of photographs of herself and Bieber during their trip to Anguilla, and in one of those photos, posted two weeks ago, she was seen kissing the neck of Bieber with her arms wrapped around his chest. She also shared a photograph, which featured his arms around her neck.
Meanwhile, Bieber has shared a few photos of the rumored couple on his Instagram, as well. Most recently, he posted a picture of himself and Hailey Baldwin on the beach, standing separately. Around the same time, he shared a photo of Hailey Baldwin touching his hair, which was newly cornrowed. Bieber was also the one to share the photo of their New Year’s Eve kiss.

On January 14, Hollywood Life revealed details of Hailey Baldwin’s alleged relationship with Bieber, claiming he loves how she carries herself and names her lips as one of his favorite body parts on Hailey Baldwin.
“Justin thinks [Hailey Baldwin] is stunning, he loves her long legs and the way she carries herself,” their source explained. “She’s studied ballet her whole life, she’s so graceful and he finds that very attractive… Justin calls her his ballerina, it’s sweet.”
“Her lips are a big turn on for him too, he loves kissing [Hailey Baldwin]. She’s just hot in every way, he thinks she’s gorgeous.”
While Hailey Baldwin and Bieber have not been spotted publicly since their Anguilla trip earlier this month, she has stepped out numerous times in Los Angeles. Last week, Hailey Baldwin hit the town with her best friend, Kendall Jenner, model and star of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and a few nights ago, Hailey Baldwin was spotted at an L.A. nightclub, where Selena Gomez was partying, as well.
